Day #42 Two pounds down!

Could be water weight, or me just adjusting to the intake of food becoming less. Learning more about what it takes to lose the weight and staying on the right path is hard. But I am sure it will become easier in time. I learned that you don't have to kill yourself every day. You Just have to make sure you stay consistent and full. Everyone has a different mind set of these things mine is to keep myself sane. I will lose the weight eventually as long as I see some physical results I will be fine I think. Like I always say only time will truly tell If I am consistent or not.
