How far i have come.

If I think back about almost 6 months ago I just started Olympic Weightlifting. Ever since then with the help of my coaches i have been making leaps and bounds in the sport! I am very excited and anxious to see where this will take me.
Although i do have bad days its what you do after those bad days that make a difference. I am thankful for all of the opportunity's i have been given.

Two a day training.

Well today i started my two a day training. Its not like its body building but its more for purpose.
For Olympic lifting you have to have strong lats, core, shoulders, and back. Those are the other main factors besides the obvious leg strength needed. So my coach wrote a workout for me to strengthen those areas i need to be stronger at. Feels good to be in the gym twice a day.

Occupy La Police scared?

So apparently the police in La were supposed to remove everyone from the park at 12:01am last night. Well today the Occupy Protesters are still there. Although i don't really care if they stay there or not because they are not doing anything but taking up space in my opinion. I would like the police to actually do SOMETHING instead of letting people do whatever they want "for the most part".

It reminds me of how the London riots started. People "protesting" and then a large majority of them made it violent. And the police not wanting to look bad did nothing. The end result.. millions of dollars in damages and thankfully no one hurt. Just waiting for this to play out. What will the police do in the end?

Black Friday experience.

Although i saved a bundle it cost me alot of sleep... but saved me money... i wonder what is the trade of? Besides the obvious of course. I keep on yawning almost uncontrollably and my body welcomes a warm comfy bed.

Animals When it rains!

UC Davis police Brutality

This is a intense video showing students of UC Davis getting pepper sprayed. Make you wonder what else is going on that isn't getting as much attention as it should. What do you think? Should there be more press on the "Occupy movement?" Or should this get swept under the rug as well as the treatment of these protesters. Everyone has a right to be heard what do you think?

Halo anniversary!

This game is the reason why i started playing video games. Brings back great memories. I recommend this game for the campaign experience and the old school maps. Everything looks smooth and clean!
