Day #13 Gaining Weight Isn't always bad!

Everything seems to be falling into place. Workouts have been very good, I feel stronger and I have been eating better. Now I Just have to compete at the level i am currently training at. Things are looking good and have been making some changes that have been making my technique better. The goal is to correct a majority of my technical flaws in a couple of months. If everything goes according to plan and my training is consistent my numbers should go through the roof!

Although many people associate gaining weight with something negative when you are training hard and eating right that shouldn't be the case. Always go by measurements and the lovely mirror. If you see rolls then stop eating them! If you don't then keep up the hard work! :D
