Really really need to rest. Besides working at night and not having the best sleeping schedule my recovery hasn't been on point for awhile. Although I have been eating better and resting a good amount my body just hasn't recovered from the enormous amount of new work I have been doing lately. I'm unmotivated and not in the mood to train at the moment. But when I do force myself to train my timing is off and my body is not moving efficiently. So I am going to rest a little more than usual and just freaking chill out. Can't eat like crap though! So gotta make sure I can stay within a couple of lbs in my weight class! Have a safe weekend!
